Raise the socio-economic condition of the slum based extreme poor people,  Dalit and minorities, marginalized urban and rural hardcore poor and their children for their quality education and health condition up to a level that they can effectively participate in national development with enhanced capacity and dignity a fulfillment of their basic needs and human rights.
