NAGAR ALO FOUNDATION has an internal management Committee-IMC consisting of the Executive committee members to monitor & assess the implementation of all programs & projects. IMC consists of 5 members of whom 2 are women. They assist the Manager in executing programs/projects on the basis of the decisions taken by the EC. Moreover, monthly meeting takes place one time of each month at the head office to assess, review & evaluate the performance of the past month & to plan actions for the current month. This monthly meeting is participated by the members of IMC and staff members of NAGAR ALO FOUNDATION. Moreover, in order to assess the performances of staff members at the grassroots & evaluate the implementation of activities, weekly and monthly meetings are held at projects/programs offices at unit level regularly where all staff members of that unit/programs/project’s office attend.
